When we provide images, they come with a usage license tailored for an estate agent’s typical needs. This license allows you to market the specific property across common channels for the duration of the listing. Permitted uses include:
We also encourage keeping listings live for a while after a sale to maximise the impact of a ‘SOLD’ status.
If you wish to use the images for other purposes – such as creating marketing materials to promote your business beyond this specific property – an extended usage license can be purchased.
Images must not be shared with third parties (e.g., developers, architects, tradespeople) for their own commercial use. If a third party is interested in using the photos, they must purchase an appropriate usage license from us directly.
For most listings, this won’t be an issue, but it’s important to clarify ahead of time to avoid any awkward conversations later.
